Shopping List & Notes (Kauppalista & Muistiinpanot) is provided “as is”. You are responsible for how you use the app, its features, and its outputs.
2. Local and offline use
Most app features are designed to work locally on your device. You are responsible for your device security, local app data, and any backups or exports you create.
3. Optional AI features
AI-powered suggestions are optional and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It does not constitute professional, medical, nutritional, legal, or safety advice.
4. Optional Google Sign-In and shared lists
Google Sign-In is not required for normal local use. It is required only for optional shared list collaboration. By using shared lists, you agree that shared list content, member information, roles, and updates may be synchronized between the members of that shared list.
5. Shared list invitations, roles, and responsibility
Shared list owners are responsible for whom they invite and what permissions they grant. Users should only share invite links with people they trust. Members with editing permissions may add, edit, complete, archive, or delete shared list items according to their role.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the app, AI features, shared lists, invitations, notifications, or backend services for abuse, spam, harassment, unlawful content, attempts to bypass security, automated scraping, excessive load, or any activity that disrupts the service or other users.
7. Push notifications
Shared list notifications are provided as a convenience and may not always be delivered instantly or reliably. Notification delivery depends on device settings, network conditions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Android system behavior.
8. Availability, limits, and changes
Features, including AI features, shared list collaboration, notifications, and backend services, may change, be limited, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued at any time to improve the app, protect service availability, prevent abuse, or meet technical and platform requirements.
9. No guarantee of data availability
The app is provided without a guarantee that data, backups, shared lists, AI outputs, or notifications will always be available, accurate, complete, or recoverable. You are responsible for keeping important information backed up where appropriate.
10. Privacy
The app’s privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how local data, optional AI requests, Google Sign-In, shared lists, notifications, and technical security data are handled.
