1) What Työtori is
Työtori is an Android app that helps you search for jobs, prepare application drafts and their attachments, fill in an employer’s application form, and track the applications of your review period. It is a tool for your own job search. It is not an employment agency, a recruitment service, an authority, or a party to the employment relationship you are applying for.
2) You send the application
- Työtori never sends an application to an employer on its own.
- Työtori never submits an employer’s form.
- You read, check and approve every application before it goes anywhere.
- Marking an application as sent in the app is your own record of what you did. It does not send anything, and it is not a report to any authority.
You are responsible for the content of what you send. If a draft says something about your experience, education, certificates or language skills that is not true, correct it before you send it.
3) AI-generated content is a draft
Application texts, cover messages, suitability analyses and form help suggestions are produced with a text-generation service. They can be incomplete, wrong or unsuitable for the job in question. Työtori’s suitability estimate is indicative, it is Työtori’s own view, and the employer does not see it. Nothing produced in the app is career advice, legal advice or a decision made on your behalf.
4) Job data comes from public job boards
Työtori reads openings from public job boards and from links or posting text you add yourself. Työtori does not own that content and cannot guarantee that a posting is complete, current, still open, or that the application deadline shown is correct. Always check the details on the employer’s own page before you apply. Employer sites and applicant tracking systems have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
5) Your account
- Using Työtori requires an account, created with an email address and password or with Google sign-in.
- Use an email address you control, keep your credentials to yourself, and use the account personally.
- Työtori is not directed at children.
- You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app, whether or not you have a subscription.
6) Työtori Free and Työtori+
- The free version includes the Työmarkkinatori search with a limited number of successful searches per 30-day period, a limited number of active saved jobs without a draft, and one AI application draft per account.
- Työtori+ is a subscription bought through Google Play as a monthly or a yearly plan. It adds the other job sources and the continuing AI features.
- Prices are shown by Google Play in the app, in your own currency. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google’s terms. Työtori never receives your card details.
- Access is granted only after the Työtori backend has verified the purchase with Google Play. A pending purchase does not yet grant access.
- Cancelling or losing a subscription does not delete anything. Your jobs, drafts, applications and archive stay readable, editable and exportable; only new subscriber-only actions stop.
- The exact free limits are service configuration and can be adjusted, for example to control cost and abuse. They are not a permanent commercial promise.
- A subscription is never required for privacy settings, data deletion, sign-out, password reset or reading your own data.
7) Acceptable use
- Do not send applications with misleading or false information about yourself.
- Do not use Työtori to harass an employer or to send bulk applications you have not read.
- Do not try to bypass the search quotas, the subscription checks or the app’s security controls.
- Do not upload material to Työtori that you have no right to use.
Access can be limited or ended if the service is used in a way that breaks these rules, harms other users, or endangers the service.
8) Availability and changes
Työtori is provided as it is. Features, limits and job sources can change, and a search or an AI feature can be unavailable because of a network problem, a job board change, a service provider outage or maintenance. Työtori does not promise that you will find a job, get an interview, or fulfil an obligation set for you by someone else. Keep your own copies of application material that matters to you; the app can export the application letter and the CV as PDF files.
9) Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
10) Changes to these terms
These terms can be updated when the app’s features, service providers or legal requirements change. The “Updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision. Questions: janstech.apps@gmail.com
