Notes, recipes, and planning
Create notes and folders, save recipes as notes, plan weekly meals, and keep birthdays with local birthday reminders.
Optional AI help
AI features can generate recipes and weekly meal plans, scan ingredients, suggest recipes from scanned ingredients, and save AI-generated recipes to notes.
Shared lists when needed
Shared shopping and task lists are optional. Users can sign in with Google, invite others with a link, and see updates in real time.
Local-first summary
The core app works locally without an account. Shopping lists, favorites, tasks, notes, folders, recipes saved as notes, birthdays, local reminders, settings, and local backup/export/import are stored on the device.
AI features and cloud-backed shared lists are online-only areas. Shared-list cloud sync is separate from ordinary local app data.
Privacy and account use
Core use does not require an account. Signing in does not automatically upload local lists, notes, recipes, birthdays, or reminders.
Shared lists are cloud data and may store list metadata, items, memberships, roles, invite metadata, notification settings, and push notification metadata.
