Työtori

Job search assistant for Finland

Search Finnish job boards, prepare the application and its attachments, and keep track of what you have already sent.

Työtori collects openings from several Finnish job boards into one list, shows the application deadline, drafts an application from your own profile and CV, and helps you fill in the employer’s form. You read the application, you approve it, and you send it yourself — Työtori never sends anything to an employer on its own.

Features

Job searching in one place

Työtori is built for the part of job searching that repeats: open several sites, read the same posting again, write the letter, find the attachments, remember what you already applied for.

  1. Search several job boards at once

One search reads Työmarkkinatori, Duunitori, Jobly, Kuntarekry and Valtiolle.fi. You choose which sources are used, and the results arrive in a single list with the source shown on every posting.

  2. A posting you can read as a posting

Each result carries the job title, the employer, the location, the source and the application deadline. Työtori also gives an indicative suitability estimate with a short reason. The estimate is Työtori’s own, and the employer never sees it.

  3. An application draft, not a finished application

Save a job and Työtori drafts the application text and the cover message from your profile, your CV and the posting itself. You edit the draft, choose the language it is written in, and export it as an application letter PDF. If your CV is only written by hand, Työtori can turn it into a PDF CV you approve first.

  4. Help with the employer’s own form

The Työtori browser opens the employer’s application form inside the app. Form help lists the fields it recognises, and — only when you start it and confirm it — fills in basic details such as name, email, phone, city, LinkedIn and portfolio. Nothing is submitted, no option is selected for you, and no attachment is chosen without you.

  5. Your review period, counted for you

Set the start and end date of your review period and the number of applications required from you. The home screen then shows how many of them you have marked as sent, how many are left, and which drafts are still unfinished.

How it works

From an empty profile to a sent application

  1. Profile and CV

Fill in your contact details, the roles and locations you are after, and your background. Upload a PDF CV or write it by hand.

  2. Search and save

Let Työtori search with your profile, or add a posting yourself from a link or by pasting its text. Save the jobs you want to apply for.

  3. Write and check

Create the draft, read it, correct anything that is not true about you, and prepare the attachments you are going to send.

  4. Send it yourself

Send by email or through the employer’s form, then mark the application as sent. Only that marking moves your review period counter.

Sources

Where the jobs come from, and how the list is narrowed

Työtori reads public job boards on your behalf. It does not create a profile for you on those sites and does not apply on those sites for you.

Job sources

  • Työmarkkinatori
  • Duunitori
  • Jobly
  • Kuntarekry
  • Valtiolle.fi
  • A job posting link you paste yourself
  • Posting text you paste yourself when a page cannot be read

Työmarkkinatori is included in the free version. The other four sources are part of Työtori+.

Narrowing the search

  • Keywords built from the roles in your profile
  • One or more locations, the whole country, or remote work
  • The set of job sources you tick yourself
  • Sorting by best match or by newest
  • Hiding a posting that is not for you

Weak matches are kept separate from the good ones, and results are loaded a page at a time so a broad search does not turn into an endless list.

Screenshots

Inside Työtori

The home screen, the job sources, a result, an application draft and the form help. Swipe or scroll the strip sideways.

The screenshots show the Finnish interface, and the second one shows the same screen in Swedish. Työtori itself runs in Finnish, Swedish or English.

Who it is for

Three situations the app was built around

  1. You have a job search obligation

The review period, the number of applications required and the ones you have marked as sent are on the home screen, so you do not have to keep the count in your head.

  2. You apply through many sites

Five job boards, a link you found somewhere else and a posting you pasted in yourself all end up in the same saved list, with the same deadline and the same draft workflow.

  3. Writing is the slow part

The draft gives you a first version grounded in your own profile and CV. You correct it, choose the language of the document, and export the letter and the CV as PDFs.

Free and Työtori+

What the free version includes

Työtori Free is a usable job search app on its own. Työtori+ is a subscription for the parts that keep costing something every time they run: the other job boards and the continuous AI help.

Free

Everything you need to build a profile, find jobs on Työmarkkinatori and follow your own job search.

  • Profile, CV, saved jobs and application history
  • Työmarkkinatori search, ten successful searches per 30 days
  • Ten active saved jobs without a draft
  • One AI application draft per account
  • Application letter PDF, PDF CV, attachments, email paths and archive
  • Review period tracking, data deletion and the privacy settings

Työtori+

A monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play. It adds the sources and the AI features on top of everything above.

  • Duunitori, Jobly, Kuntarekry and Valtiolle.fi as job sources
  • Job searches without the free search limit
  • Application drafts and rewrites without the one-draft limit
  • AI suitability analysis and AI search explanations
  • AI form help in the Työtori browser
  • The sending assistant with backend support

Prices are shown by Google Play inside the app, in your own currency, so no price is published here. The subscription is managed and cancelled in Google Play. If a subscription ends, nothing you have already saved is deleted: your jobs, drafts, applications and archive stay readable and exportable.

Privacy

What Työtori does with your job search data

An account and a backend

Työtori needs an account, created with an email address and password or with Google sign-in. Your profile, CV, saved jobs, drafts and application history are stored on the Työtori backend so they survive a reinstall and a new phone.

Application drafts, suitability explanations and form help are produced by a text-generation service acting for Työtori, which means your profile, CV, posting and draft text are sent to it for that purpose. Usage statistics can be switched off in Settings, and you can delete your account and its data from Settings at any time. The privacy policy describes each case.

The Työtori browser has hard limits

When you fill in an employer’s form inside Työtori, the app reads only the visible structure of the form — labels, field types and options. It does not read what you type, passwords, hidden fields, cookies or the page’s storage, and it does not extract the page’s HTML or full text.

  • Nothing is filled in until you start it and confirm it
  • Only basic details are filled: name, email, phone, city, LinkedIn, portfolio
  • Checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns are suggestions only
  • You choose the attachment yourself, every time
  • Työtori never presses send

The employer’s own service can keep what has been typed into its form, and a file you choose, before you send anything. Työtori says so in the app before each of those steps.
