An account and a backend
Työtori needs an account, created with an email address and password or with Google sign-in. Your profile, CV, saved jobs, drafts and application history are stored on the Työtori backend so they survive a reinstall and a new phone.
Application drafts, suitability explanations and form help are produced by a text-generation service acting for Työtori, which means your profile, CV, posting and draft text are sent to it for that purpose. Usage statistics can be switched off in Settings, and you can delete your account and its data from Settings at any time. The privacy policy describes each case.
The Työtori browser has hard limits
When you fill in an employer’s form inside Työtori, the app reads only the visible structure of the form — labels, field types and options. It does not read what you type, passwords, hidden fields, cookies or the page’s storage, and it does not extract the page’s HTML or full text.
- Nothing is filled in until you start it and confirm it
- Only basic details are filled: name, email, phone, city, LinkedIn, portfolio
- Checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns are suggestions only
- You choose the attachment yourself, every time
- Työtori never presses send
The employer’s own service can keep what has been typed into its form, and a file you choose, before you send anything. Työtori says so in the app before each of those steps.
