Delete your account in GainsAI
In GainsAI, open Settings, choose Account and subscription, and select Delete GainsAI account. Confirm the deletion in the app. You can choose whether the GainsAI backup in Google Drive should also be deleted.

This web request path is available even if you cannot open the app. Support may need enough information to verify the account before deleting account-linked data.
Please include
- the email subject: “GainsAI Data Deletion Request”
- any information that helps identify your app data
- optional screenshots or additional context if needed
What this may include
Depending on your usage, account deletion may relate to backend-stored app data such as training and nutrition profile data, workout logs, saved programs, body metrics, weekly check-ins, GainsAI Coach data, and similar app-related records.
Some security, purchase-verification, legal, provider log, or backup records may be retained for a limited period where required to prevent abuse, maintain subscription integrity, comply with law, or operate service providers.
Important notes
Account deletion is permanent. The app deletes GainsAI backend and local account data, and attempts to delete the associated Firebase Authentication user where possible.
In some cases, Firebase Authentication cleanup can require you to authenticate again. The app provides a recovery step when further action is needed to finish that cleanup.
Deletion requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible. The public privacy policy explains retention, processors, and privacy rights in more detail.
Google Drive backup data
The in-app deletion flow can delete the GainsAI backup stored in Google Drive appDataFolder. If you do not select that option, the backup remains and may contain older account data. Google sign-in can be required to remove the backup.
Google Play subscription
Deleting a GainsAI account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel an active subscription through Google Play.
