How to request deletion
If you would like to request deletion of eligible data associated with your use of GainsAI, please contact:
Please include
- the email subject: “GainsAI Data Deletion Request”
- any information that helps identify your app data
- optional screenshots or additional context if needed
What this may include
Depending on your usage, eligible deletion requests may relate to backend-stored app data such as training profile data, workout logs, saved programs, substitution preferences, body metrics, weekly check-ins, and similar app-related records.
Important notes
Some technical, legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, analytics, or recordkeeping data may need to be retained where permitted or required by applicable law.
Data stored only on your own device may also require deletion by uninstalling the app, clearing app storage, or deleting local backups you created.
Google Drive backup data
If you have used optional Google Drive backup features, related backup data stored in your Google Drive app data area may need to be removed separately, depending on implementation and current app behavior.
