Service nature
GainsAI is a fitness and wellness app for training planning, workout logging, progress analytics, nutrition-related planning, optional backup, and AI-assisted Coach features. It is not a medical service, healthcare provider, emergency service, or medical device.
Account
Some features require Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for ensuring the information you enter is accurate enough for your own use.
Permitted use
Use GainsAI only for lawful personal fitness, planning, tracking, and related self-improvement purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer private systems, submit abusive or unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the service.
GainsAI Pro subscriptions
GainsAI Pro is optional and is sold through Google Play. At the time this page was updated, the intended Google Play subscription prices for Finland were EUR 12.99 per month and EUR 119.99 per year, with no free trial. Google Play shows the final plan, price, tax, renewal, and billing details before purchase, and they may vary by country, currency, tax, or later Play Console changes.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Google Play handles payment processing, cancellation, refund flows, grace periods, account hold, and subscription management. GainsAI receives verification data and determines the account-linked Pro entitlement after backend verification.
Deleting your GainsAI account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. You can restore eligible purchases in the app. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law.
AI-generated content
GainsAI may generate plans, recommendations, nutrition text, meal plans, and Coach answers with AI systems. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe for your situation, or based on incomplete context. You must review suggestions before acting on them. If a Coach response appears harmful, offensive, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise problematic, use the in-app report action when available or contact support.
Health and injury warning
Do not use GainsAI as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, physiotherapy, or personal training advice. Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional help if you experience pain, injury symptoms, dizziness, illness, disordered eating concerns, pregnancy-related concerns, medication-related nutrition questions, or other health risks.
Availability and changes
The app and backend services may change, be updated, become temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued. Some features require network connectivity, supported Google services, Health Connect availability, a compatible device, or a supported app version.
Intellectual property
The app, brand, design, software, and service materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or separate written permission.
Ending use and deletion
You may stop using GainsAI at any time. The in-app account deletion flow and the public deletion page explain how account data can be deleted. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for legal, security, or billing-token replay prevention purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GainsAI and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from use of the app, AI-generated content, exercise decisions, nutrition decisions, subscription interruptions, or temporary service unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
Law and consumer rights
These terms are intended to operate alongside mandatory consumer protection rules in your country. If a mandatory rule gives you stronger rights, that rule applies.
Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
